Please read this Agreement carefully and ensure that you fully understand its content before using the services. <\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"6\">Article 1: Acknowledgement and Acceptance of the Agreement<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"p-rc_ee27e59f112c3e5c-668\" data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\">The platform, along with its training resources and technical documentation within this Community, is operated and coordinated by Hoa Nam Energy in collaboration with its technology partner, Huawei. By using the functions, services, or registering for training and certification programs, users must thoroughly understand and comply with these terms of use. <\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\">You confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority under the laws of your place of residence and possess the full legal capacity to enter into a contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"8\">Article 2: Features and Regulations of the Community<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"p-rc_ee27e59f112c3e5c-670\" data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\">Account Registration: To fully utilize the platform&#8217;s functions\u2014such as participating in video-based training, downloading technical documents, registering for online\/offline events, and particularly enrolling in the FusionSolar Installer Partner Program to receive incentive policies\u2014businesses or individuals must register for an account. You are required to provide verified information, including your phone number, email address, and business name, and must securely maintain your account credentials. <\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\">Technical Training: Upon successful account activation, you will be granted access to the repository of basic and advanced courses, and the right to participate in intensive technical training programs co-organized by Hoa Nam Energy and Huawei.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\">Examinations and Certifications: The system provides online testing services and issues standard Installer certifications. You must provide your name and email address to complete exam registration. Upon passing the examination, you will receive a technical certificate issued by the manufacturer, which serves as the basis for partner ranking by Hoa Nam Energy.  <\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\">Events and Webinars: Hoa Nam Energy regularly organizes seminars, workshops, and hands-on equipment experience events. Upon registration, you must provide your name, email, company name, and operational region to receive notifications and accumulate engagement points within the community. <\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\">Reward Redemption (Gift Center): Points accumulated from purchasing activities, event participation, and training can be used to redeem gifts, technical support packages, or media publications in the Rewards section. Hoa Nam Energy shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from information leakage due to the user&#8217;s personal negligence. <\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"16,0,0\">You must commit to providing accurate and lawful business\/personal information. In the event that fraudulent information is detected, Hoa Nam Energy reserves the right to refuse service provision, revoke partner status, and permanently terminate the account. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"17\">Article 5: Cybersecurity and External Links<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"p-rc_ee27e59f112c3e5c-694\" data-path-to-node=\"18,0,0\">The management, operation, and review of information regarding this Partner program are conducted at the Head Office of Hoa Nam Energy Company Limited.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"18,0,0\">Any unauthorized access, decryption of other accounts&#8217; data, disruption of network security mechanisms, or cyberattacks targeting the platform&#8217;s data systems are strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"18,0,0\">The system may contain links to third-party websites (Manufacturers, logistics providers, etc.). You shall assume full responsibility when interacting with these links and are advised to carefully read their respective privacy policies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"19\">Article 6: Scope and Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"p-rc_ee27e59f112c3e5c-697\" data-path-to-node=\"20,0,0\">Hoa Nam Energy is committed to safeguarding your data privacy in compliance with the regulations of Vietnamese Law on personal data protection.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"20,0,0\">Hoa Nam Energy shall be responsible for assisting in data recovery or resolving system losses strictly within the scope of the explicitly signed technical service provision clauses between both parties. We shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost business opportunities, or hardware faults arising from incompatibilities with your enterprise&#8217;s existing IT infrastructure. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"21\">Article 7: User Obligations and Prohibited Activities<\/h3>\n<p id=\"p-rc_ee27e59f112c3e5c-699\" data-path-to-node=\"22\">Businesses and individuals participating in the community commit to strict compliance with Vietnamese laws. It is absolutely prohibited to post or disseminate content that violates national security, spreads false rumors, contains pornographic or violent material, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights or trade secrets of other organizations\/individuals. <\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"23\">Article 8: Term Amendments and Service Termination<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"p-rc_ee27e59f112c3e5c-700\" data-path-to-node=\"24,0,0\">Hoa Nam Energy reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms to align with actual operational conditions or policy changes from coordinating manufacturers. The updated version shall become effective immediately upon public posting on the system. <\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"24,0,0\">When an enterprise no longer requires account usage or wishes to withdraw from the Installer Partner Program, you have the right to submit a delinking and account closure request through the business profile management section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"25\">Article 9: Business Account Unregistration Process<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"p-rc_ee27e59f112c3e5c-702\" data-path-to-node=\"26,0,0\">Unregistration Rights: Only the account holding sole administrator rights or having the consensus of all managing administrators (for enterprises with multiple administrators) is authorized to submit a business account cancellation request.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"26,0,0\">Consequences of Cancellation: Upon the cancellation of a business account, all partner benefits, unredeemed accumulated reward points, and synchronized information of linked employees will be permanently deleted from Hoa Nam Energy&#8217;s system and cannot be recovered.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"26,0,0\">Mandatory Data Retention: Hoa Nam Energy will proceed to delete business information, except for data required to be retained for a specific statutory period under law for tax finalization, financial auditing, or reconciliation of successfully processed reward orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"27\">Article 10: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"p-rc_ee27e59f112c3e5c-705\" data-path-to-node=\"28,0,0\">This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising during the performance of this agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations based on mutual cooperation.
